At Deny Designs, we want you to love your custom home decor; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that because our products are made-to-order, items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your decor in its original shipping box, ensuring all components are secure to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
