How long will it take for my order to ship?
Since every item is custom-made to order, please allow 5-10 business days for production before your order ships from our facility.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your space! If your order isn't quite right, you can return items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Can I cancel or change my order after it's placed?
Because we begin the printing and manufacturing process immediately, we can only accept cancellations or changes within 24 hours of order placement.
Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes, we prioritize sustainability by using water-based inks and manufacturing products on-demand to reduce waste and prevent overstocking.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select international locations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your destination.
How do I care for my Deny Designs textiles?
Most of our bedding and pillows are machine washable on a cold, gentle cycle. We recommend air drying or tumble drying on low to preserve the vibrant colors of the artwork.
